Gir in all his glory

So Here is my son i his Gir outfit. I wanted to show how well his eyes lit up. The head is made out of posterboard and then reinforced with fiberglass resin. I also fit a helemt in there so the head rested on his head and not his shoulders os he could wear it for long periods of time. It is split in the middle and is held together with velcro. I put a fan in the top of the head so I could get some airflow in there. He didn't complain so I guess it all worked out.
